About Me

Hey friends! I’m an Enneagram 6, wing 5. I first learned about the Enneagram around 4 years ago and mistyped myself twice! That’s when I decided the Enneagram was dumb and that it wasn’t for me. While listening to a podcast one day, I changed my mind when my type suddenly became clear to me. Being aware of my type and what growth looks like for me has opened my eyes and changed my goals for myself. I’m able to non-judgmentally notice when I’m struggling and accept the help of others.

The Enneagram has been an amazing tool in my marriage to my husband, Carson. I’m a journalism major turned Enneagram coach and I think the two mesh well together. I’ve always enjoyed hearing people’s stories and seeing what’s in their “messy drawer.”

Here’s what you can expect from me as a coach. I value your story and journey and will keep everything confidential. I won’t hesitate to ask you the hard questions that will help you grow. I will pray for you and offer you insights and tools to help in your journey. Expect incredible growth in the coaching process. I can’t wait to work with you!
